§ 12-5. Third ward precincts.

The third ward of the city is hereby divided into two (2) voting precincts for county commissioner district voting purposes, to-wit: That portion of the third ward lying south of the center line of Sixth Street and west of the center line of Beaver Avenue shall constitute the voting precinct to be known as "Three-A." That portion of the third ward lying north of the center line of Sixth Street and east of the center line of Beaver Avenue shall constitute the voting precinct to be known as "Three-B."
