§ 4. Intensity of use regulations.

Every lot shall have an area of not less than seven thousand two hundred (7,200) square feet and an average width of not less than sixty (60) feet. A lot on which there is erected a two-family dwelling shall contain an area of not less than five thousand (5,000) square feet per family.
